Salary: Starting at least 55K (competitive salary based on experience)

Minimum/General Experience:
A four-year degree from an accredited college or university in the area of financial management, business administration or a combination of courses and related experience is required. Experience in grants management is desired.

Functional Responsibility:
- Review and analyze budgets, application submissions, and notices of awards/funding documents for completeness and compliance with the funding opportunity announcements, HHS requirements, and agency policies. Support monitoring of grantees/ recipients through the review of financial and progress reports.
- Review documents for processing post-award amendment actions using the grants management system and tools. Communicate with grantees/recipients about post-award amendment actions and collaborate with grants management and program staff on such actions.
- Document additional requirements for updates to the grants management system and tools. Liaise with users to gather information to track issues and possible fixes.
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Gather and analyze information from staff and other sources
- Write accurately, clearly, and concisely
- Communicate visually (e.g. PowerPoint, Visio etc.) when necessary
- Able to interact and communicate with grantees/recipients
- Reviewing and analyzing grant budgets and other submissions
- Preparing reports, presentations, logs/trackers, and other documents
