Annual Compensation range: $85,000 to $108,000

 

Overview
Haynes, Inc., a national leader providing services to the Federal Government, seeks candidate to work full-time supervising a Federal Grants Management contract. Haynes offers excellent benefits including 401K, Paid Leave and Insurance.

 

The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communications skills, and the ability to work with a variety people and organizations. Experience in government grant making tasks and a knowledge of Code of Federal Regulations 45 Parts 75 are require for the supervisory position. This position responsibilities include:

 

  • Act as the primary contact for all contract interaction with the government client, including the delivery with quality service.

  • Be the primary manager for on-site management, including hiring, training, staff reviews and discharging.

  • Perform a variety of technical grant and financial analyses of new, refunding, and supplement grant proposals to comply with government regulations.
  • Work with grantees to update or correct proposals.

  • Review periodic grant reports, and final closeout reports.

  • Conduct post-award monitoring of grantee's on-going activities, which may require some travel.
  • Work with government Grants Officers to ensure compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations, and other duties as assigned.

  • Actively participate in team risk management and quality improvement meetings.
     

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred: Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent. Eight years of related professional experience, including Federal grants management.
